Two lounges, two terminals, one bank
From 1 July, we are expanding the services available to Erste Premier clients at Václav Havel Airport Prague.
You can now also enjoy the Erste Premier Lounge in Terminal 1, which replaces the former Mastercard Lounge. As an Erste Premier client, you enjoy priority access and can start your journey in comfort, without unnecessary waiting.
Erste Premier Lounges – your journey starts in comfort
Make your time before departure more enjoyable. As the only bank, we offer lounge access in both terminals at Václav Havel Airport Prague.
Now in Terminal 1: relax before flights outside the Schengen Area.
In Terminal 2: use the dedicated security screening right by the lounge entrance and avoid queues and stress.
If the lounge is at full capacity, you can use your LoungeKey entries at selected airport restaurants. You will receive a discount of EUR 23 / CZK 550 per person from your bill, and one LoungeKey entry will be used.
Simply inform the staff and pay with your Visa Infinite card. You can find the list of participating restaurants on the LoungeKey website.

As the lounge is now part of the Erste Premier network, access is easier even during busy periods. You and your children under 3 continue to have complimentary, unlimited access to the lounges in Prague.

You can easily reserve your lounge entry in the George mobile banking app. This gives you peace of mind even during busy periods. Simply show your QR code at the entrance. If you already have a reservation for July, it remains valid – no changes are needed.

How to do it:
- Tap the Extra tab.
- Select Erste Premier Service.
- Choose Prague Airport lounges.
What to keep in mind
- Select the correct terminal when making your reservation
- You no longer need the LoungeKey app for lounge access in Prague
- Simply show your QR code in George or your Erste Premier card at the entrance.
